Founded by two female executives, Bridget LaFleur & Kim Bahrami, who have a combined history of over 60 years serving the Department of Defense Military Medical Community. The expertise of Third Eye was formed during the introduction of electronic health records in 1987 into major CONUS and OCONUS Military Medical Centers and now extends to the development of worldwide telemedicine and virtual health services delivered across the military medical enterprise.
Third Eye leadership has global hands-on experience supporting conventional and virtual health standups for globally-distributed medical service organizations within DoD environments. With an in-depth understanding of DHA and VA healthcare enterprise programs and operations Third Eye leadership have been involved in all aspects of federal contract management, leading teams of 100+ FTEs supporting mission-critical efforts for DoD’s Military Health System (MHS), DHA, Army, Navy and AF Medical Services, Combatant Commands, and Veterans Affairs (VA).
